After you set up your account, we may ask for other profile and demographic information. You may also customise your map by labelling locations such as "work" and "home," to make it easy to spot frequently visited places and to provide alerts when family members leave and arrive.
We collect your location information through your IP address, WiFi, Bluetooth, and GPS coordinates (e.g., latitude/longitude) available through your mobile device. We may also gather information about nearby devices, WiFi access points, and cell towers. Depending on your device settings, we collect location information in the background, even when you are not actively using the app.
We collect sensory and motion data from your device — including gyroscope, accelerometer, compass and Bluetooth — to calculate and detect driving events such as speeding, hard braking, and crash detection. MYGPS takes special precaution to protect the privacy of younger users. MYGPS does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without verifiable consent of a parent or guardian. The Service is intended to be used by children under 13 only with significant parental involvement and approval.
If a parent wishes to add a user under 13 to the Service, parental consent is required. The child will then be able to participate in most aspects of the MYGPS Service.

If you elect to use Subscription Features, you agree to the pricing and payment terms displayed at the time you subscribe. MYGPS may add new features for additional fees, or amend fees for existing services, at any time in our sole discretion. Any change to our pricing or payment terms shall become effective in the billing cycle following at least 30 days' notice.
MYGPS offers subscription tiers to suit different needs. For a complete list of features and pricing, please refer to our pricing page at mygpslive.in.
All subscription fees are payable in advance. Your subscription will automatically renew until you cancel it. We will send you a reminder prior to each annual renewal with the then-current Subscription Fee.
MYGPS accepts most major credit and debit cards, as well as in-app payments through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. If we are unable to charge the card you have provided, we will send you a notice to update your card information. You will have a seven (7)-day grace period to update your billing information.
Except where required by applicable law, there are no refunds for any unused time on a subscription. Upon cancelling, you will retain access to the features until the end of your current paid period.
If you are a consumer based in the European Union, EEA, or United Kingdom, you have a legal right to withdraw from contracts for paid subscriptions within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase.
You may cancel your Paid Subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the next renewal date. You will continue to have access to your subscription features until that time.
